1. Trying to keep cool or trying to keep warm? Trying to keep cool but WISH I was trying to keep warm! I looooooooove winter.
2. Vacations or staycations? Vacation because I can experience something new. We are out of town with my husband on a work trip right now. Not vacation really, but a nice change of pace.
3. Rainy, sunny, windy, or snowy? So sunny now... I could go for some snow.
4. Movies out or Movies at home or No movies? Usually at home, but we tend to see new Disney and Star Wars movies on the big screen.
5. January Resolutions: Going strong, or Long Forgotten? I don’t really do resolutions.

Also as for July “holidays”, I like my husband’s birthday best.

 

1. Trying to keep cool or trying to keep warm? Neither. It has become rainy today. 68 degrees. So no need to keep cool nor warm. But it was a challenge to keep dry, since we did go out earlier this afternoon.

2. Vacations or staycations? I wish I could go on more vacations.

3. Rainy, sunny, windy, or snowy? Currently rainy. I prefer sunny. Wind can be fun though. Snow too, in small amounts.

4. Movies out or Movies at home or No movies? Movies at home.

1. Trying to keep cool or trying to keep warm? This week has been great - no A/C needed, nice and breezy with no humidity.
2. Vacations or staycations? Definitely vacations. We've already had 3, and we're getting excited to go to Disney World in September. Have I said that retirement is pretty awesome?!
3. Rainy, sunny, windy, or snowy? Today is windy and rainy.
4. Movies out or Movies at home or No movies? At home.
5. January Resolutions: Going Strong, or Long Forgotten? I don't think I even made one, and if I did it would be to lose weight. I'll say it's going strong since I just lost 25 lbs.!

2. Vacations or staycations? Both have their usefulness lol, but I do love going on vacation and checking out new-to-me cultures.
3. Rainy, sunny, windy, or snowy? A sunny snowy day--big lazy snowflakes falling with the sun shining is just so darn pretty and it's nice enough out that the kids can play.

1. Trying to keep cool or trying to keep warm? COOL.... with capital ice cubes. It is just a humid soup out there.
2. Vacations or staycations? Staycations this year. I do prefer vacations but I also prefer them when its cooler lol

4. Movies out or Movies at home or No movies? movies out if its during the day, otherwise at home.

Trying to keep cool here. We had some crazy hot and humid days but we might be getting a little respite.

2. Vacations or staycations?
Staycations. We almost went on a trip and decided to just do stuff around here instead.

Sunny & Stormy haha. We have had terrible heat and bad rain/storms.

4. Movies out or Movies at home or No movies?
Movies out and at home. We are total movie buffs so we watch a lot of movies.

I don't really do resolutions but I did decide that this year I was going to focus more on my design work and business. That I have been keeping to.

Bonus: Fireworks or Christmas
In July, it is fireworks all the way. Christmas is winter to me. I love having a cold, white Christmas and can't even think about it during the hot months.

 

1. Trying to keep cool or trying to keep warm? Cool as it is summer here. Although the nights have been cooler than usual this past week.
2. Vacations or staycations? Vacations, baby! We usually do Spring Break and one in the summer. In the fall, hubby and I do another short one with just the two of us.
3. Rainy, sunny, windy, or snowy? Snow with bright sun so it sparkles. But that is rare, so blue sky sunny day will do.
4. Movies out or Movies at home or No movies? Not a huge movie fan, but Movies out.
5. January Resolutions: Going Strong, or Long Forgotten? What, I was supposed to make a January resolution?

Fireworks and s'mores...

 

1. Trying to keep cool or trying to keep warm? Neither LOL Everything about summer is awesome! It's hot outside and I love it, and cool in the house when I want a break from the heat...so I'm not trying for anything, just enjoying all of it!!
2. Vacations or staycations? Vacations!!! We are on ours now
3. Rainy, sunny, windy, or snowy? Sunny, sunny, sunny!! I don't mind rain if it's warm.
4. Movies out or Movies at home or No movies? Movies at home for sure. I do not do well sitting at the movies. I am always doing more than one thing at a time and not being able to at the theater drives me crazy. Movies out only if it's at the drive-in!

And as for Christmas or fireworks...fireworks every single time

 

1. Trying to keep cool or trying to keep warm? Currently, neither. We were trying to stay cool last week, but temp is down and its comfortable!
2. Vacations or staycations? Vacations for sure! Off to visit family in Ontario soon.
3. Rainy, sunny, windy, or snowy? Sunny with occasional rainy days.
4. Movies out or Movies at home or No movies? Movies at home 95% of the time! We go out to one maybe once or twice a year.
5. January Resolutions: Going Strong, or Long Forgotten? Never made any!
