Luckily after lots of rest and being super aware of any movement involving my neck it seems to have settled down. Was a tad scary as it usually only lasts a few minutes at most not hours.

@MrsPeel, they did luckily....I don't think yesterday could have been topped in terms of how many things went wrong.....lots of little things but altogether it was a lot
