I like the unique use of frames in this one: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/103301385183748056/ And here is my take on it:
I chose this one because I recently took photos of a 1948 and 1949 College Yearbook to use for scrapping.
I'm going to scraplift this one: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/AVhoo0B_CywSDO5bUAGk1d-nMsAgmSA7jz9aOkU1Gols1OSkHnsAT0U/ I'll be back with my layout! And... finallly... Here's my Layout!
Great board! Will be using it for more page ideas! I choose this one - because I love lots of pictures and I love the travel page ideas! However, I choose to scrap about our recent lake trip! Using the idea of a large photo with many photos around it and title on the bottom. I actually created a double page.
I've been eyeing that page forever @KarenB, but I never seem to get close to the original. I love what you did with it: awesome page! I just had to react to it
No @AnneofAlamo , I haven't succeeded at making a good scraplift of that one. I'll choose another LO, there are a lot of awesome ones!
I was looking at your gorgeous signature, and thinking it was a layout that got clipped...lol I can't wait to see what your creative mind comes up with too!
I actually find it a bit ironic that this page in your board jumped out at me for this challenge. I started my honeymoon album as soon as we were home in 2002. I was traditional scrapping back then. I am probably about 85% done with the album. I have most pages done and very little journaling done. Anyway, long story short, I keep wanting to finish that book, but you know, kids came and then I slowed down on my scrapping, and then it's all about them. I recently had all the negatives converted to digital, so now I'm going to pull that book out and freshen it up and try to get it done. This is the perfect cover page and is a good motivator for me to pull everything out and try to wrap that up soon This was the page I lifted and here's my page
