I'm really getting into styles! Here I used the metal rim on the sun element and the halftone distressing on the 'fun' element. Thanks so much for the freebies!

Thank you for the lovely styles. I made this page using the kraft style on the paper with reduced opacity, the stroke style for the photo and the halftone distressing style on the stamp on the tab.

Thanks so much for these awesome styles and for the videos.

I used the kraft on the font and then added the metal rim.

Love your styles! Thanks for the free ones and the challenge! I used the kraft style (on the word art) and the metal rim style (on the photo) from the freebies and also Mommyish's epoxy style (on the paint splatter).

I love your styles! I applied the halftone distressing to the (black) wordarts, kraft bevel to the arrows, and the photo edge to the bottom scalloped border. Which you cannot actually see. :giggle

That was very much fun. I do know your styles as a CU user but until now I haven't been using them so much for CT pages I make. Maybe that will change now.
Thanks for the cute PU styles and here is my page.

Is it bad if I used 3 of your styles for this? lol

Christa! Thank you! I NEVER would have thought about color styles to recolor something. And I was wondering about multiple styles. Thank you thank you!

added these to a page today - i really like the halftone one over chunky-ish text to make it look less flat but it's not obvious at fit the whole thing on screen size so this is a close-up
(kraft bevel on tag on left and metal rim on blue arrow circle element too)

Thank you so much for this set of styles! I am looking forward to practicing with them. This LO used one of the Kraft styles, Metal edge (LOVE!), and the photo edge style (I replaced the one that Cheryl put on the photo masks). I also used a set of your Realistic Shadow styles on my little "plastic" fishies! Thank you again! This was fun!

yes you have to load them in though, which differs on which PSE you have. I have 11 and use styles all the time!

So all I need to do is save them somewhere. I need to install them. I can install brushes and actions but now I need to do styles

A little life update - we have had a death in the family so I will be a twinge late in getting all the codes to everyone. Thank you again for your patience!

Oh no! so sorry to read this. :( hugs to your family.

Here's mine. The styles were super easy to use. Hopefully I can get into using them more often!

I used the Kraft with bevel on the foliage on the left, the black halftone distressing on the paper tag/mat (the darker one on the bottom); and the metal rim on the journal card on the right.

@tam65 Here is how to load Styles into PSE 11 and up

    • To load in PSE11 go to windows > effects > and make sure styles tab is highlighted.
    • In the top right of the effects palette is a little arrow with lines. Click on that and it will bring a drop down menu. In the drop down, select Load Style.
    • Locate the download or wherever you saved it to and then select it. It will remove all other styles and put this in its place. (your previous styles are saved in the drop down so do not worry!)
    • Now go to your font layer or element layer that you want to apply the style to and click on the style.. voila!
Hope that helps! (here is the no font float style too: https://the-lilypad.com/forum/threads/friends-dont-let-friends-fonts-float.26663/page-2#post-397611 )
