Question? I doubt if I qualify for the M3 collab of my choice, but just in case... My subscription expired last month. So I had to do a new subscription today. I bought & paid for my new subscription, I did the 12 month plan. Would I qualify for the free collab? If so, how do I claim it?
Yes, the M3 collab of your choice would be included in your new subscription, even though it's a renewal. The details for receiving your collab are in your subscription confirmation email. Let me know if you need any help!
@lmccandless Hi Laura, I just checked, I never received a subscription e-mail from The LilyPad. I just received an e-mail from PayPal confirming my subscription, and then a cancellation from PayPal once it was paid out since it was just a one-time payment. But nothing from TLP.
Hi Laura, the same with me. I only got the confirmation from Paypal, but got no email from TLP. Also, the kit doesn't zero out in my cart either. Thanks for your help. ( @lmccandless )

@lmccandless count me as not getting a welcome email with coupon -- just the paypal notice, the current collab did zero out for me though.

Ditto on not getting the subscription email. My store id is BevGoodrich. I just jumped in yesterday evening. I got the August collab okay.
