Hi All!
I thought I should introduce myself, as I have been active here for a few days now!
My name is Louise, but my family and friends call me Lou. I grew up in Adelaide, moved over to Shreveport, Louisiana for a three year post doc, then up to Indianapolis, Indiana for five years - this is where my scrapbooking and card making habit came from! I then moved over to Benediktbeuern, Germany, where I had my two beautiful children, Abigayle who turns 9 in Feb and Christofer who turns 7 in May. I also got married to my wonderful South African American husband, Jeremy (he is born in SA, but then became American after living in Indianapolis for 10 years). I started digital scrapbooking with Go Digital Scrapping (GDS), then found Weeds and Wildflowers Design. I made a whole book of Christofer's first year with WW. We moved "home" to Australia in October 2010 and I have tried to keep up my Project Life, but life has got in the way, even though I was on the CT for WW.
Unfortunately life really got in the way for Gina at WW. I kept producing desktops every month, but I have been looking for a new digital scrapbooking home for a while. The Lily Pad definitely sings to me - especially the whole hybrid thing!
Also, I have to say that everyone is very friendly and like Christie from Tassie, I have had some amazing and very encouraging comments on my pages. Thank you to everyone who has commented!
I am also hoping that my scrapping and card making can come to the forefront this year. So here is to 2016!
