    Not that anyone would really need another reason to take the opportunity to apply, I'd love to add another. The Lilypad has been my design home for 5 years now. I was lucky enough to land here mere months after I started designing. And it has been a joy to be a part of the team here. I feel like I have grown in ways I hadn't anticipated or imagined both professionally and personally.

    We have SUCH amazing support from leadership (vision? check. product development? check check. marketing and business growth mentorship? check.).

    We have SUCH amazing support from our creative team who continue to wow me with their art and stories.

    We have SUCH a talented pool of designers who..if I do say so myself..achieve a special brand of synergy with one another.

    And most of all? I feel like we are home to a kindness -- in forum, in gallery, in real life connections. It's all about the relationships here.

    And that makes my heart happy. I can't wait to see who else might join us here at HOME. :beat

    Ooh I am excited! I agree with Sara, think the Lilypad is by far the nicest place online!

    Since I started scrappping I have limited myself to buying all my supplies from TLP, but there are a couple of designers whose work I love, so fingers crossed that one of them will join the team! I'm also hoping that our Guest Designers will stay! xxx
