    Michelle, I've added a layered PSD version without the shadow styles, so if you re-download/re-"purchase" you can see if that version works for you. Beyond that I'm not sure what the problem would be?

    I tried the new file, but it still the same, unfortunately. I'm sorry to be difficult, I'm not sure what the issue would be either. There was a similar problem with one of Heather's templates last year, but i don't know how it was eventually remedied. Thank you so much for trying!

    I use PSP as well I didn't have any trouble open the psd file.
