Fun challenge again! Thank you! Here is mine I used duotone filter set to screen 40% + cutout filter set to vivid light 17%
I tried to duplicate the halftone look, but the halftone filter didn't work on this photo; the window just showed blank white. So I improvised and used cutout on the middle layer, grain on the top layer, and blended them.
I had trouble with the half tone filter too... need to revisit that for sure! So I used in iPhone apps and Pioneer Woman PS actions.
This did challenge me and it's not something I normally do, but it's an easy way to change the look of a "blah" or "flawed" phot, thanks! I added some texture and then played with blending to make the photo look harder and more interesting since it was a still shot of something so light. https://the-lilypad.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=178100&title=no-2c-you-are&cat=500
Kel, I love your page ... but for some reason when I go into the gallery, I can not see a comment box to leave Gallery Love? Anyone else seeing this issue? I'll check back later ... but wanted to make sure you knew how much I love this one! that photo and that green ... gorgeous my friend!!!
I converted my photo to black and white (not uncommon for me) but then I started playing with it and added a greeny tone to it and then I did something else (don't ask me to do it again as I don't remember) that gave it a grainy kind of feel and toned the green down a bit. I think the result works well with this kit by Forever Joy.
