I currently have INXS playing... channeling my misspent youth I guess...

Have had some Lady A, Carbon Leaf, George Thorogood and Michael Buble on as well... Interested in checking out some new sounds... so what are you playing at the moment...

On my playlist's repeat mode = Les Misérables' 25th Anniversay Concert & Frozen OST.

Both of them serve as my mojo music too.

This is a bit of an odd mix but I have been singing my heart out to some Sia, Kate Bush, Muse and Powderfinger the past couple of weeks!

I downloaded The Carpenters last night and listened to a double album while playing with my grand daughter. It was fun sharing it with my youngest son too...he had heard a few of their songs, but didn't really know them.

Right now, I am listening to our local 'alternative' station. Not that that term means the same thing it used to in the late 80's - early 90's. I'm not sure what it means anymore. But I like it. I usually listen to classic rock. But one of my favorite bands is Cake and they do play them on the alternative station.

But right now I have been listening to a lot of Charli XCX. I love her solo stuff. Superlove reminds me of 80's dance New Wave. Maybe because she has a British accent and doesn't hide it when she sings? Anyway her stuff is fun. Way too catchy. :) Totally not my normal thing, though.
