Barney and also Grimace (remember from McDonalds!) make me afraid to wear purple LOL! My uncle used to dress up as "purple dinosaur" at kid parties. It was so creepy!
Love, Love, Love! I have had a LOVE of purple most my life (at least as long as I can remember!) Couldn't be more excited about having it as the color of the year!!! Can't wait to buy up all the purple stuff that is going to come out. I will say though...there is a time and a place for it. Not sure I would decorate my kitchen with purple for some reason, but one of my girls' rooms is purple with teal and mustard colors as accents...Love it!
I love purple and always have. I always wish digi designers would use it more. I like pretty much all kinds, but I really love those deep plums the most.
I love purple and just about any shade of purple. I've always been disappointed that there are so few kits with purple.
I don't scrap with a lot of purple. I like it as a color, but most of my LO's are boyish colors. I have one purple sweater but it's more of an eggplant than a purple-purple.
I love purples! It's one of the colors that look good on me (they're so few), and I wear it often. But I wouldn't want it on my food though, like the cakes above.
I like it but prefer plums.. depends on my mood. I do love purple though.. I just looked down and I am wearing a purple throw sweatshirt on! (Aunt took a sweatshirt and cut the front up and then trimmed the edges so it is like a sweater)
Very pretty Lynn-Marie! It's not that I hate purple - at all - in fact I love it because I just LOVE COLOR in general... but it is probably last on my list. I remember hearing somewhere (maybe on the Digi Show?) some designers saying that kits with purple generally don't sell as well as non-purple-y kits.
I love this purple or darker purple but not a pastel fan either I actually love that color scheme in the picture with the orange in it.
Hmm, I'm not opposed to radiant orchid, but it don't really wear that shade or scrap that color often. Now a deeper plum I could totally be on board with.
