    The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month:

    2 challenges = 10% off
    4 challenges = 20% off
    6 challenges = 30% off

    If you complete all 7 challenges by midnight eastern time on July 31, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win one of TWO guest spots on the Lilypad Creative Team! The first six challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the seventh challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Please remember that layouts must contain 75% TLP product (eligible product can be current or retired product from resident designers, or guest designer product that is currently in the TLP store. BYOC challenge layouts must have 90% current BYOC product from this month's BYOC. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).

    All challenge layouts should be posted in the TLP gallery listing the product used for your pages.

    Your challenge pages each month will be tracked in the Challenge Layouts thread. There should only be one post per participant in this thread. After you post your first challenge, please edit that post to add each additional challenge page you complete. At the end of the month, this thread will be closed and you will be contacted with a coupon code for your discount. Only one post per person will be tallied, so please do not post multiple times in this thread. In order to make tallying easier, we also ask that this thread be used only for posting challenge pages; please do not comment on the pages in the layout thread, but feel free to go to the gallery to leave some love!

    Coupons are sent via PM within approximately one week after the challenges close.

    Once the challenge month is over and coupons have been earned, how long is the period in which they must be redeemed? For example, if I earn 20% from the July challenges, do I have to use that in August or can I wait until September?

    I have some older kits and some TLP collabs that may or may not have been in the store (from The Daily Digi) at one time or another but they are current designers at TLP. Am I allowed to count those in my 75%? Thanks! :)

    Usually you have until the end of the following month to use your coupon. :)

    To post in the gallery you must use 50% TLP products that are currently in the store, so as long as you follow this rule, I think it's okay to use retired TLP products for the rest.

    Karen is correct on both counts (thanks Karen!)

    - July's coupons will be good until the end of August
    - You can use a combination of current and retired product, but it does need to be 50% current, in the store.
