    It boggles my mind how much snow we've gotten in the last 2 days. Nearly 2 feet and not a snow plow in sight. What's more? The school district didn't call a snow day! :dizzy

    After reading Melanie's thread, I see there's more crazy weather than just here! Stay safe, everybody!!

    My MIL who lives in Arizona has had more snow this year than we've had in Northern VA! My windows are open today to air out the house, but it's supposed to get cold and windy tonight and snow (flurries) on Friday. It hasn't been a bad winter here, but I'm ready for spring!

    I'm in your neck of the woods Rachel... they NEVER close schools here! I'd even be happy with a delay, but we don't get those either. And I'm one of those mean moms who makes their kids walk.

    Laura and Angie - that is NUTS.

    We had 50 degrees and rain yesterday, today we have 28 and already 6 inches of snow with more to come. Global WEIRDING I say!!

    Yep, mine is the same as Laura's too. 50s today, 6 inches of snow tonight. Crazy!

    We haven't got much snow and it is upsetting the kids LOL. Today was the first snow in a while, but only a few inches. Monday our city was covered in a sheet of ice tho and the police issued a statement asking for nobody to travel!

    School was just cancelled for tomorrow. Our district rarely closes for anything, but the windchill is going to be dangerously low. I'm so glad they didn't wait until the last minute to cancel.

    Good news...the snow plow finally came after we got another half foot today! Hoorah! I don't have to call the city a bazillion times anymore! :)
