10/17 - 40 min walk - 30 min circuit training 10/18 - 30 min circuit training 10/19 - 15 min elliptical - 30 min circuit training
10/17 - 36 minute 2 mile walk 30 minutes elliptical - 2 miles 10/19 - 28 min 2 mile jog 30 min elliptical - 2.25 miles
10/18 - Painted for a bazillion hours. Ok. More like 7. (that's gotta count as exercise. Mama's sore.)
I finally broke down and downloaded the C25K app and did Week 1, Day 1 today! 10/18 - ran/walked 25 minutes.
