Hello Lilypad Dwellers and welcome to Day 2 of MOC 12!!

I am so excited to be here to bring you the "Bridge the Gap" challenge today. Connections to me means joining two things together, be it people, places or even sides of your layout.

Your challenge is to bridge the gap on your layout, meaning bringing two sides together with a bridge of elements, photos, word art, journaling, etc. Your sides can be opposite sides, top and bottom or even corners!!

Your bridge must be clear and obvious to see. Your bridge pieces don't all need to touch each other, but there must not be significant gaps in your bridge as it crosses the page.

Here is my Bridge the Gap layout using the MPM Hibernate Kit

To review, here are the challenge instructions:
1. You must form a bridge of a mixture of elements, photos, word art, journaling, etc on your layout.
2. Your bridge cannot have significant spaces in it.
3. Your bridge has to connect two opposite sides of your layout. You can use the sides, top and bottom or corners of your page.
4. Your bridge must touch the edges of your opposite sides.

I can't wait to see how you bridge the gap on your pages!!

Please remember our Lilypad MOC Challenge Guidelines:
  • Your page must contain 100% Lilypad product - current or retired product from designers or guest designers presently selling at The Lilypad.
  • Pages with photos and font only do not count.
  • Your page must be a new page in order to count for the Month of Challenges.
  • Your page must be posted in three places:
  1. Uploaded to the TLP Gallery (not an outside hosting site).
  2. Posted in your page thread you created in the MOC Layouts Folder. You should have one post per completed challenge page. If you complete all 31 challenges, your thread should contain 31 posts. Please do not comment in the participants’ page threads so we can keep them clean.
  3. Posted in this thread. People can comment here if they wish.

Thank you for this challenge which I enjoyed creating a page for. I think each MOC I end up using my daughter's Christmas family photo.

Do we have to have elements/photo/papers on both sides as well as the bridge?
