    @mrs2a50 @lmccandless I’ve sent a Customer Service request late last year that was partially followed up on and sent further emails in Early January and Mid February with no reply. Can you let me know what is happening with my issue?

    Hi, I was wondering if anyone was in the office at the moment? I emailed on the 23rd April (Australia time) about an issue with the cart adding up. I was wondering if you received the email and/or what I can do about it. Thanks :D

    I have my cart loaded with BYOC single items (24), not the bundles, and the discount isn't showing Half Off, it's stuck at 35%. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've cleared my cache and it hasn't resolved.

    Hi Lisa - BYOC doesn't stack to 50% off. It should actually max at 30% off for any order over $55.

    I've always had it add the additional 30% off the 20%, so it ends up being half off regular price. Has this been wrong for all the years I've been purchasing and was just corrected?

    So I am very late here, but there is no discount applying to my cart.. I had 2 items totaling $14.66.... no matter what I add, it adds teh full 20% off price and no more.... Trying to choose my 3rd item for the challenge thread... so have tried several things... Going to go ahead and buy something, but just know that unless it is added after going through the pay process, there was no additional 10% off added. Usually I get caught up in adding more and more, once I have met the first $15... order placed... no 10% discount applied.....
