whelp I am such a noob i don't know how to access a private conversation! dont mean to be a pain just not super familiar with forums.
If you scroll up to the top of the page, on the right side just below the blue/teal bar you will see an envelope icon (labeled Inbox if you are on a computer). Click on that and you will be taken to your conversations.
In case you are a visual person like me: It should also have a pinkish 1 alert there to say you have a conversation you haven't read. Welcome to the forums!
It is possible that your post count could affect your conversations. If you just reply a couple more times here, then try again. I don't know if it's 5 or 10 posts needed for certain things. So do one more reply and check and if that doesn't work, 10 is the magic number. We have those limits in place to keep down the spammers that like to join here.
Hi also paid for January's CU subscription, put in a ticket and have heard nothing back. Please let me know what is happening with this. I never get a response back either when I send in a ticket. I am owed for one month so would greatly appreciate a response and a refund if it is not continuing. Also, if it is not continuing why are we not told? thanks

I don't know if this is helpful or not because I have the MPM subscription not the CU one. If it works the same, this might help, if not, I apologize in advance. First make sure you log in to the store. When you click on the store, there is a link that says login on the upper left corner just below navigation. Add the product to your cart and then make sure you go into the actual cart. Look in the upper right corner on the very top. I had this happen when I started my subscription and I didn't open the cart, it shows the price and when you are in the full cart, if you scroll down it should show the amount, then show 0.00 at the bottom. One other thing I noticed. I started my subscription and grabbed the current month of MPM. I wanted an older one and went back, added it to my cart and planned to pay for it but it came up zero as well. I think I basically used a "subscription credit" to grab that. Someone else here might be able to confirm if that is how it works and if it's the same for CU. Hopefully by now you are all set but if not, I hope this helps.
