Hello challenge scrappers! Stefanie (Eyeore) here with a super fun photography challenge. I simply adore multiphoto layouts - I feel that more photos tell a richer story. This month I would like you to showcase a series of (at least four) photos of the same object or item or person, but in a way that shows a progression, because it's a photography challenge I would prefer you to take new photos. Here I snapped an elephant taking his sweet time crossing the road. He held up the flow of traffic as he ambled. A series of photos capturing a weaver's busyness at creating and building his nest. You can see how he added layers, and how the nest progressed. For my layout, I took photos from the airplane window and show how the landscape changed as the flight progressed. I used Nothing is perfect digital kit from Little Butterfly Wings. I snapped photos of the sunrise as we began our game drive, and created this layout using Scrapping with Liz: Monthly Blog Challenge Template freebie for November and Just Jaimee's August 2021 Story Teller Daily Life I hope this inspires you to take some more photos and play along. If you have any comments or questions, please tag me (@Eyeore) Remember our monthly challenge rules: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the November Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread. The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).
Thanks so much....I have a thing for taking photos as I take off on planes but thanks to COVID it's been more than 18 months without a 'take off'!
These aren't brand new photos but if I come across an event or situation that happens this month I'll redo this challenge to be more on brief
Photos taken specifically for this challenge... I stood and watched the birds (and squirrels) get food from the ground feeder. It looks like a little picnic table and you can see it in all of the photos. From start to finish, it is a time lapse of 61 minutes, the times are on each photo frame. Five photos total.
This is the second year that this camellia bush has bloomed - it has been in the ground for a really long tme but it never bloomed until I removed the trees near the bush and now it gets full sun.
Totally new photos from a couple of days ago... I had asked my mom to take them, because I want to document those fun discussions I've been having with my daughter recently... so I hope that counts...
