The only thing on the list I really want is books. coffee -- never developed a taste for it jewelry -- don't care for it, I don't even wear a wedding ring tacos -- This one has nuance. I love Mexican food but actually pretty much never eat tacos. wine -- The only times I've drunk alcohol in my life are the 3 years I was with my college boyfriend and approximately 5 times since then. I have enjoyed fruity drinks like margaritas and daiquiris in restaurants (the last time was several years ago), or a few sips of wedding champagne. I'm not opposed to alcohol; just, like coffee, never developed a taste for it. My parents didn't drink either beverages too. My husband also isn't interested. dogs/cats -- I have loved other people's dogs and admire them, like the one I saw sticking its spherical fluffy head through a window as I was driving yesterday! but I have never had a dog of my own. I grew up with two cats and got one cat of my own in 1997 but when my second child had severe health issues as a baby in 2004 we gave the cat to our cat sitter. Since then, my husband and I have felt our life is overwhelming enough without adding a pet to it. Someday I might like to have a cat again. cheese - I'm lactose intolerant. And I don't miss any dairy food. Alternative cheeses aren't very good either. Sometimes I make an awesome cashew cream though, and I love nutritional yeast, which provides not only vitamins but a somewhat cheesy flavor. leggings - there are other kinds of comfy pants. Being comfy is very important to me yet I don't even wear the one pair of leggings I own (which I bought to wear under a specific dress for cold days). My comfy pants are sweats or loose knit pants. make-up - The last time I wore make-up, and nearly the only time, was for my wedding in 1996. netflix - I watch a movie barely a few times a year. Change this to YouTube though, and that would be something I don't want to give up. I have favorite shows I watch regularly on YouTube. chocolate - I don't crave it like I did when I was young. I eat it only a few times a month, usually in the form of chocolate chips added to granola or something like that. So I wouldn't miss it.
Man, I was so on the fence between the dog and the cheese. I must have been hungry when I posted or over the puppy-sitting we've done for the last 2 weekends lol
I’m wavering between this or exchanging Netflix for the tacos - but nah, who needs Netflix when you have good books and what is life without tacos? So chocolate, books, and tacos . But I better be able to keep my Diet Cokes!!!!
