Happy November All! I thought we'd try a recipe challenge for the random challenge this month. I'll provide you a list of ingredients and you cook up a page! I tried to give you a little flexibility Your page must include: A solid background paper 1 or 2 photos up to 3 patterned papers (1,2 or 3) 1 word art OR a title up to 5 additional elements (that includes paint, brushes, embellishments, ephemera, etc) journaling is optional Here's the page I created using this recipe. I used a white background, 2 photos, 2 patterned papers, 1 word art serving as my title, and 3 additional elements (label, flair & enamel pin). Can't wait to see what you cook up using this recipe! Gentle Reminder: Your page must contain at least 75% Lilypad product. Your page should be posted to the Lilypad Gallery and then linked to the November Challenge Layouts thread so it can be tracked, and to this thread. The Lilypad uses a percent system for our challenges; the number of challenges you participate in determines the store discount you will receive at the end of the month: 2 challenges = 10% off 4 challenges = 20% off 6 challenges = 30% off If you complete 7 challenges, you will receive a coupon for 30% off, plus you will be entered to win a $50 gift certificate from the Lilypad! The first seven challenges will be posted on the first of the month; the eighth challenge is the BYOC challenge, which is posted on BYOC release day. Each page counts for one challenge (you cannot use one layout for multiple challenges).

Thanks for this challenge! So I used a template and it had some elements already in there, I didn't count them with mine....so if I need to re-do just let me know.....it won't hurt my feelings. I can hear my husband asking me, seriously you are posting that pic of yourself.....and my response is "yes, this is real life, sh@% is real! LOL."
I always struggle with how much texture or pattern , still allows a paper to be solid.... a plain paper with no texture at all just doesn't work for me... comment please????
