Here's How to Play:

Step 1. Download the 5x5 png grid below made for this game - just click to download or right click on it and save it to your computer.
Step 2. Choose only 24 words from the official word list below
Step 3. Add your words to the grid (the middle square is a free space! You can decorate your bingo card or leave it plain but please use a font that can be easily read)
Step 4. Save your bingo card for web and upload it to this thread before Friday 23rd Oct at 06:59am EDT when this thread will be locked.(When you go to reply, just choose 'upload a file', it's next to the 'post reply' button and click 'full size' - this let's you add your bingo card straight into this thread, bypassing the gallery).
Step 5. Sit tight and get ready for the bingo fun to begin! Keep a look out for a new "GAME: Slo-Mo GIF Bingo Word Calling" thread in the Halloween Bash 2020 forum!

Bingo words will start being called after this thread is locked and will be drawn and posted at random intervals throughout the Halloween Weekend (that's the slow motion part!) until we have a lucky full card bingo winner! (And there will be a random draw prize for all other players!)

Check back often or sign up for alerts by clicking on "Watch Thread" on the right just above the first post. The first person to call Bingo is the winner, so once the words start being called make sure to pay attention to your alerts!

For those of you that have been along on the Halloween GIF Bingo ride before you know the GIFs can be on the scary and gory side so we purposely chose a few not-so-spooky words this year!
(...but we may throw in some Trick words along the way as well (y'know, just for our own amusement ), so pay extra close attention!!

Bonus Bingo Tip! We have played slow-mo bingo several times and believe me, it usually comes down to a tense nail-biting finish with several people waiting for the same word, so, I dunno, maybe have a check back before the thread closes and have a look at some of the other people's cards and be sure you have a few unique words on your card that might just make the difference!
Only 1 bingo card allowed per person though, so if you make any changes and make sure you delete your original card from this thread before it gets locked.

oh good luck with it! Bingo-wise, we're usually still going well in to Sunday so maybe you can check in from your phone from bed or wherever is more comfy?

 

good luck with your new job, must be one of the biggest employers with online shopping now but you anticipate working weekends? (i think this is why it takes forever for stuff to get to us in Aust., our postal workers only do Sat morning delivery in Dec but otherwise there's no weekend service)

 

Tour card is fine with me, but I just wanted to check with you, I think you know the middle is free space but with the boo sticker you have on there & the word 'boo' being in the word list, I hope that doesn't confuse you!
