This event isn't a traditional CHALLENGE in that there aren't really rules. It's just...Scrap with the featured designer! Maybe it's an old favorite, or someone's products you haven't tried before. Just get scrapping!

You know how you always remember your first love!? Well Vinnie was that for me, when I started to digital scrapbook (late 2009) I noticed her goodies right away at that time she was at Catscrap store (closed) and then she started her own shop called Pixle Canvas (closed) I was there everyday getting tips on how to be a better scrapper. I have my first purchase from her store being in Jan 2010. I still remember I didn't know how to do shadows yet and all my layouts were flat, she always was so sweet, I had one layout that I knew just wasn't right, I asked for help, she messaged me and we had a conversation on how I could get my layout the way I wanted it to be. That for me was learning on how to design my layout instead of just placing items up on my 'sheet'.

A few years went by and she had a call for her Creative Team. I was over the moon when she asked me to be part of her team. A thrill of a lifetime!

I too remember seeing Vinnie's products for the first time at Catscrap and being in awe of them. Always so elegant!
 
@Sokee - I am subscribed to Vinnie's newsletter but haven't gotten it so far today. Since there is a time limit on submitting for a chance to win the $20 voucher, do you have any idea when the newsletter might be released?
 


@Sokee - I also noticed that some of the items in Vinnie's store show the sale price and some do not. Will they all be on sale if I am just patient enough today?

Can do just a regular layout without using the template? My newsletter has not arrived either.
