    CHALLENGE CLOSED
Girls, your pages are amazing. On behalf of NBK Designs and the creative team members I would like to thank you all for participating in this challenge. This time the random winner of the coupon is AstroFairy, I will be sending you the coupon code very soon. It goes without saying you are all winners to me. We have two more challenges before the close of 2019 so be sure to enter your pages for the challenge.

Clipping masks can be made from all kinds of products. For this challenge we will use Magic Lights to make a clipping mask then clip an image to the mask. It's also a great way to color your images at the same time with the use of a blending mode.
Here are some screenshots of this process. I have used NBK's ELECTRIC YOUTH Magic Lights #21, then filled it with black to be used as a clipping mask. I also added a Bevel & Emboss with Texture to the mask

Added another Magic Light from the Electric Youth collection for extra effect with a gradient Overlay and in Luminosity blended mode

My final result with torn note paper from NBK's artTherapyNo2-ABP-note2

Thankyou for this challenge which I really enjoyed and may use Magic Light more often for masks. I do like the effect.
The magic lights I used come from Gratitude.

I hope I did this right.
I used magic lights from Artcrush7 as a mask for a photo of many flowers, as opposed to the one.

Thank you for the fun challenge! Here is mine. Using NBK Design - Remembrance, I used Magic Lights 4 for the clipping mask, but then I also added Magic Lights 10 below the photo and Magic Lights 17 above the photo.

I used the artTherapy No4 - magiclights-4 for the mask and artTherapy No4 - magiclights-13 twice - once with the blend mode Luminosity and once with the blend mode Normal - on both layers I reduced the opacity
