July '19 Monthly Muse - The Index Card

    Hi everyone, just in case you don't know me my name is Barbara aka Sokee, This is my very first time hosting a challenge that isn't during MOC so please excuse me if I don't do it like it is normally done, but that is the fun thing with Art Journaling right! There is no right or wrong way to do our Art Journaling.

    I have been a scrapbooker since 1991, I started off with paper and made my way to digital but do still get my fingers dirty doing paper crafts. I just love to mix in any type of recycled products weather the product is new or vintage.

    So onto the Challenge I came up with for July, it is all about the Index Card! You are provided with this Index Card created by Rachel Jefferies!

    Week one-
    You are to be prompted by opening a book randomly pointing a finger, write or type that sentence on your index card. Place that index card onto your 'sheet of paper'.
    Easy right!
    I'm excited to see what sentence you find!
    Here is mine! Tip for going forward, save your project so you can edit it as we will be adding onto your Index card in the weeks to come.

    Bonus- you are free to add sewing to your index card at this point if you would like.

    This looks like a fun challenge, Barbara. I love index cards! I have used them for everything since I was in school.

    @Sokee should the sheet of paper be the white blank canvas as I've selected a paper but don't know if i'm jumping too many steps here and being naughty :giggle

    Mine looks bigger, as I'm working on an 8x8 canvas. I might scale it down later depending on what else goes on the page.

    Sorry for the delay, been busy with wedding plans......................................!!! Another child has given me only 7 weeks to plan a wedding LOL.
