I got the same message when I tried to use a Kristin Aagard's $3.00 coupon from the chat before last. I certainly don't need the coupon and wasn't going to say anything about it until this conversation started. I did report the error message to the store. I just tried using the coupon again and it still won't work. I'm trying to buy an item for $2.50 and use my $3.00 coupon. It looks like it's going through, shows a 0.00 amount due, them when I click on "I accept", it says that the coupon has already been used. Like I said, I wasn't even going to mention it, but there must be a glitch.
A payment process error wouldn't be related to the coupon; however, I did check the June 6 speed scrap coupon and it appears to be entered and working. This is something that Laura or Nancy will need to look into.

Tried a different browser - still doesn't work. Coupon expires today and at this point I'm walking away from this.
