Bacon | Pad Patter 4.7

I LOVE bacon! The photo of bacon on the plate is cooked perfectly. Needs to be crunchy without being burnt

I heard WDW has Candied Bacon on a stick in Frontierland and it looks nice and THICK! It's on my must buys for this upcoming trip. Forget the turkey legs the sell, I want some of that Bacon!

How do you cook your bacon? Both stove top and in the oven. Just depends on my mood.
Do you like your bacon chewy or crispy? Crispy
Have you tried anything unusual with bacon, like chocolate covered? Nope.
What's your favorite dish that includes bacon? I like it with eggs and I love it on a sandwich - w/turkey, burger, BLT, etc. It just adds that extra yumminess!

How do you cook your bacon? I use all kinds of methods. Bake, broil, pan fry and microwave.
Do you like your bacon chewy or crispy? Crispy! I'm not a fan of limp bacon - IMO it's a waste of a precious resource, lol
Have you tried anything unusual with bacon, like chocolate covered? I have, but I can't remember what.
What's your favorite dish that includes bacon? The possibilities are endless. I love it in shrimp and grits, on sandwiches, in a breakfast sandwich, with Brussels sprouts, etc...

How do you cook your bacon? Lately, we have been buying the pre-cooked bacon from Costco - but normally in a skillet
Do you like your bacon chewy or crispy? Somewhere between chewy and crispy.
Have you tried anything unusual with bacon, like chocolate covered? Yes and just give me chocolate or just bacon, but not together.
What's your favorite dish that includes bacon? Everything but chocolate? My son has made Bacon Explosion more than once. It is a bacon and sausage loaf, best enjoyed by hungry Boy Scouts. The first time he made it, it "boiled" in its own grease in a Dutch Oven.

Have you tried anything unusual with bacon, like chocolate covered? tried maple, brown sugar and bourbon.
What's your favorite dish that includes bacon? wrapped in anything, but I love it on a salad with a balsamic dressing, blue cheese and cranberries. YUM or just eat it for a meal!

My son in law cooks it in a big pot, hubby likes to cook it on the grill. Sometimes I cook it in a fry pan.

 

Thanks to this post I had to have some bacon, eggs and toast for lunch today.

Like Bacon ? Of course,I am Danish,it is practically a requirement.
Crispy is my fave, but I like it any old way.
Love it in a sandwich,in a stew,or in pea soup.
Nope only savoury dishes for me.

 

Do you like bacon ? Yes our family runs on bacon! Except our daughter who will not touch it - we are thinking of disowning her for this major character flaw...
