My cutter isn't made any more, but it's a BEAUTY - the Genesis 16x16 with the edge light and hold-down bar. Ridiculously expensive and a 3 month wait (they were a small family-owned company that hand-made the trimmers here in the US), but worth every penny. It is the #1 most used item in my craft room other than my ATG.

Have you seen this video review of trimmers? The voice is kind of annoying, but the info is good as it goes through the pros and cons of 10 trimmers. If I had to get another cutter, I'd probably get the Carl or the Dahl (#3 or #1). I have had good luck with my 12x12 Fiskers guillotine style and that's what I take to crops.
