I can't tell you how excited I am to announce this! And how long I have been holding this in! But it's finally here. A Bible Journaling and Bible Study Workshop! Right here at The Lilypad. @Lynne-Marie created a HUGE MEGA KIT that is SO.VERY.GORGEOUS and included in this workshop! #spectacular And guess who that Grace in Color person is? The Workshop is Part 1 of a three part series studying the Psalms, but each part is totally stand-alone. #nocliffhangereshere And in honor of this awesome occasion, it's on sale! Like, seriously on sale! Check it out and please let me know if you have ANY questions. And for those of you who decide this is for you, I'll see you soon! YAY. Did I mention I'm excited? Let's do this!
Just watched your video, Jen. This workshop and bundle by Lynne-Marie look fantastic! I try to make a point of having a strong daily prayer life, and I really do mean it when I tell people I will pray for them, but I definitely need to work on my bible study. I was bit by the Bible journaling bug last year and bought a gorgeous BJ bible and all the paraphernalia, but it has since acquired a layer of dust. I bought one for my youngest DD, and she ended up regifting it. I would love to be able to incorporate an actual bible study class with some creative bible journaling time. @jenevang
Thanks @A-M I feel you about supplies gathering dust. And sometimes, at least for me, it's just actually getting STARTED with something to study or create that holds me up. I hope this workshop will help some of us get over that blank page syndrome and find creative ways to study.
I am SO EXCITED about this and already purchased it! I have a question though- I think my download is missing things. When I downloaded, there were six thing: papers solids and patterns, elements parts 1 and 2, traceables, and journal cards. I don't see alphas or the workbook and instructions. Again, I am SUPER EXCITED! I cannot wait for the workshops to start.
I just saw! It's so exciting to see this here at TLP!! I also don't remember you having such a southern accent when we met. Either way, you are just beautiful--both inside and out!! Love that you are doing this for the community! Thank you Lynne for the beautiful coordinating kit to this study! It's absolutely stunning!
HEY! Thanks for letting me know. I'll check on it and make sure everything gets uploaded! So sorry for the inconvenience. P.S. The instructions will come next week when I put one together LIVE. And I am so excited to get started as well! Thanks for joining me! LOL! I think the video brings it out b/c I've never thought I had a southern accent until I hear myself And thank you! I appreciate the encouragement. Come on back my way any time!
Wooooo Hoooooo! Bravo! I wholeheartedly support this!!! I have “bible journaled” for many years - long before it became a “thing”. To see TLP bring this only underscores my appreciation for the site! Thank you Jenn and LynneMarie! And thank you to @lmccandless too! P.S. , Jenn a Southern accent isn’t such a bad thing, bless your heart ❤️! LOL
Oops ... I hadn't seen your post and set up a thread in the Chatty pad asking who else had signed up. Thanks for offering it and also for the terrific discount. I downloaded what was available but the covers and the refillable pages were not up. Can I assume they will come later as we put our notebooks together? I will likely not be able to attend the first event on 4/24 but from what I read, I should be able to access any information/downloads through the private forum. Is that correct?
I gather this is to put together a separate journal/book? Or is it journaling directly in your Bible? Or both? Or whatever? p.s. And I didn't notice a Southern accent, but maybe that is because I am a relocated Yankee, living in the South for 30+ years now... yeah, some days it is y'all and other days it is you-guys.
Thank you for your support! It's gonna be great! YES, some of the things are coming later (there was a bit of a glitch yesterday and some things didn't get uploaded... but they all will! Promise! And yes, all of the events will be recorded and put in the private forum. BTW, people will have to be added to that manually so it should be ready to go soon! Definitely before next week. Hey, @BevG . I'm showing how to assemble a "workbook" that is TN sized if people want to use it, but that's totally optional. I'm going to be showing how to create in TN, other notebooks and in your Bibles. You can do it any way you want... which is, in fact, one of the beauties of Bible Journaling! #alwaysyall
Haha! Our son was born and married in the South, so critics here! I just did a collection on Suthern Livin, LOL!
