love the way you did the journaling on the top spanning the entire page. this is gorgeous!

I love how you used the opening story and photos as a way to tell the bigger story. That must have been some long car trip! We have done trips of a few hundred miles in a Civic without a child- I can't imagine a longer trip in one with a little one aboard, too!
