For the February MIS challenge with Scrapping with Liz.
Journaling: "The leaders of the children’s orchestra were helping out at a free 1 week music summer school for children of all abilities. My 3 attended, with me going as Roo and TJ’s medical carer. I offered to do so in exchange for access to the music teachers etc. I played 2nd flute (TJ on 1st). It was so much fun to perform in orchestra alongside my talented children."

Angela, this is lovely on several levels. The color scheme just oozes the more formal aspects of an orchestra as opposed to a band. The layout not only highlights the children's' talent, but also their persistence and dedication. You mention you are their medical carer and that speaks to me of overcoming obstacles. This chronicles not only your children's experience but also showed the continuity of music through the generations in your journaling. One day this will be a heritage page that will bring life and dimension to the family history.
