@frenchscrappie Mostly just darken the shadows more. They are there and look plenty deep, but they don't stand out visually much. I don't know if you used the same color family as the paper below or if the opacity is just too low. Picking a darker shade of the color family or raising the opacity of the shadow style/layer should help.
Adding shadows to each of the individual elements will help too - I can't tell if they have them right now.
