Journaling: For an introduction into robotics Victor and his fellow classmates built robotic hands out of string, card board, straws, and tape. The hand consisted of a palm and all 5 fingers with articulated joints held together by tape and controlled by string run through straws. On Friday they competed against each other by having to pick up three different items off the table in the shortest amount of time possible. There was an advantage to being one of the last teams to go as you got to see what to do and what not to do pick up the cup, sponge, and cube.
