This is FANTASTIC! I have been pondering myself on all of the 80's clothing and accessories that are now popular again in 2012 - it is funny how my DD wants fluorescent clothing and jelly bracelets. I remember all of those songs from 1988 - I can't believe that was over 20 years ago!

Allie - it was a little of both. I looked up songs in 87, 88, 89 and then picked the songs that I listened to for the list, same for the 2012, you'll notice some are oldies but goodies that still make it onto my playlist mixed with new stuff.
