I am in the US Army. Twice a year I have to take a physical fitness test. For some years now I've been getting a perfect score...300. But as I get older (just turned 40), its getting more and more difficult to maintain the motivation and self discipline to get that perfect score. The little bear in the corner needing coffee is so me in the morning...grrr, grumble, grumble...just hard to get up and get the physical training on!
