Orange cats are the bomb. Seriously, every orange cat I've ever known has had a wonderful personality. And I'm a dog person, too! I love how there is orange in your layout, but it's not overwhelming, but it connects to the cat's color very well.
I love everything about your layout - the photo is superb (and I love how we get to see what he's looking at, too), and your journaling is fun to read. I just love it all!
