awesome milestone and ambition! (i hope he was enthusiastic about learning to wash up too ;-) ) i remember learning pancakes and scones and fried rice and stuff in highschool but so far, DD's done milkshakes, cookies and spag bol is as fancy as they got - one day i hope she will learn to break an egg cleanly so there isn't a whole bunch of digging bits of shell out - love the doiley print paper- reminds me of fine china and fancy dining and i love that with the doodley ingredients and spatula !
