      @LynnG Yes, people (even family) don't understand how sometimes I can be doing fine and able to do all kinds of stuff, while at other times, I can be in pain from neck to toes and can't do much of anything. Being active helps me, but I'm trying to find the fine point between too little and too much. :)

      @Eyeore @Gary Oxlade The acupuncture itself doesn't hurt at all. The filaments are much finer than the needles when you get a flu shot because they're not hollow. And the results are worth it!
