In august 2013 I had to go to the ER. I had a terrible pain in my stomach, but I didn´t think it was so serious. But I was so wrong. To make a long story short I was admitted to the hospital and got room 13. There were complications and I had to wait two days for my surgery and on the 13th it was time. It was gonna be an easy operation - about an hour - but when they opened me up there were more than 3 litres of body fluid in my stomach and I had to go through a BIG surgical examination. I was admitted for 10 days after the operation and I really had a struggle getting back. It was horrible - I was in so much pain. But I´m really stubborn so on day 10 I got to go home. My DD snapped a photo when we were waiting for hubby - the time on the clock says 13:13. After this I strongly believe that my lucky number is actually 13....
