Journaling: I didn't realize it, but somehow, over the years, as the stress of life increased, and the responsiblities on the job mounted, I ended up having bad headaches. Lots of them. 3 to 4 a week, to be more specific. When I felt one coming on, I would grab the ice-pack headband, chug back some Exccedrine Migraine, and go directly to a dark room and try to fall asleep. If I was lucky, when I woke up the headache would be gone. I had been doing this for years without realizing it when a doctor asked me just the right question during a checkup. He suggested I try these little blue pills. I admit, I was really skeptical since this was something that was so regular, I couldn't even remember how long ago it had started. But sometimes we don't notice when things get better. Until we stop and think. A few months afterwards, I realized, with a big rush, that I had only had one or two headaches since I started taking those pills. One or two! That was incredible! I was no longer missing out on a big part of life. Who knew that a miracle could come in the shape of a little blue pill?
