Great thing to scrap.  I'm sorry he has to wear it, but glad he does and love that you thought to document it.  Lovely page.

I love the grungy paper and paint, it supports the photo so well.  I, too, am sorry that he lives with so much difficulty as a result of his service, but God bless him for that service because he makes the world a better place.
