Wow, that's terrifying. I feel your pain, I had a migraine lead to a Bell's palsy of my left side for days. I was dragging my left leg. Worst part was that no one in my family even noticed that there was anything wrong with me. I take a daily preventative and self inject with Aimovig once a month to prevent migraines. I also take Nurtec when I feel a migraine about to start. Sorry for the novel. Your page is beautiful.

So sorry that you have struggled with this for so long. Scary and most unpleasant. Happy though that you know what to avoid and I hope that you're feeling much better now in Thailand. Love the travel style of this one.
