December 1

I'm probably not going to be keeping this as a strictly Christmas album but more a documentation of my first month as unemployed. Earlier this year I chose to hand in my notice after deciding that 11 years working in retail was more than enough. I've worked since I was 11 so it feels very strange that I don't have anything I have to do.
This is December 1. After a Christmas party which also served as a goodbye party for me. I didn't have much energy yesterday. I got my first Christmas decoration done - and had my brother-in-law and his girlfriend over for a traditional Christmas dish at night. My journaling mostly focuses on the fact that this December 1st represents a new phase of my life.
