Went to a couple of exhibitions at our National Art Gallery recently - discovered I didn't like Pre Raphaelite art but was quite taken with an exhibition called Bodies of Art -esp the modern stuff. Funny how tastes change wildly over the years...

Such a gorgeous page! I hear you about the pre-Raphaelites: I used to find them beautiful and romantic, but these days i feel like they over-idealize a very specific and regressive kind of femininity—and they all look the same.
