gorgeous, beautiful visual side and heart felt journaling.... I discovered that the thing with food is to balance, to eat small portions spread through the day, and eat everything, making the good stuff being more than the stuff that is so bad for us.... and not obsessing about the weight because of the look, but because (like you well said) we want to eat when necessary.....I re learned how to eat 3 times in my life, once when very young, then my early 30s and in 2012 because of my diabetes diagnose... not always possible to keep up the good diet, but knowing the benefits of cutting Coca Cola and fast food, too many sweets processed food in general, knowing the good it can make you feel, you soon will be eating perfect!!!! (you are beautiful anyway!!!!!)
