- She had mentioned some pain earlier but we didn’t think it was serious. When she woke up screaming and barely able to move, it was a different story.
The nurse on the phone had us try a few things and then said Dagmar should come in immediately to have her appendix out! I stayed home with Maggie while Thomas and Dagmar went to the emergency room.
After a lot of testing and texting and worrying, it was finally determined not to be her appendix at all. Instead, it was epically bad gas from eating too much junk over Christmas!
Dagmar says she will eat healthier now. I hope she means it!
