Description
After spend over 20K fixing exploding pipes and gutting our house last xmas, it hardly seems fair that we have to replace all the same drywall again for a leaking, unfixable roof THIS holiday. Sniffle.

oh no!!!!! oh no!!!!!!!!!!!!! my heart aches for you, and I despise paying for stuff like this, big chunks and nothing to touch for the money...I am so sorry. We are putting on a new roof in 3 months..I hate even putting money into the savings fund for it...no joy in that !

@breeoxd no it is NOT! We finally gave up after the third burst pipe in our dining room ceiling - now there is a beautiful hole there covered with a trash bag and duct tape. But we can't afford to fix it again and have it burst again, and this way we can get to the stupid pipes more easily. Temporary - temporary - I keep telling myself.
