Beautiful journalling! I love the message behind your whole page and this letter to your past (present and future) self. I Corinthians 10:13 I like to change the word "tempted" to whatever it is I'm going through too! Love that you used this template (did you see the hidden Mickey's?) Wonderful page! ((HUGS))
well.... I have to say, I almost skip the journaling...as we have so many amazing people sometimes my body doesn't cope well with typing that much, so I almost said I ll come back to read tomorrow...something made me not to...and I read. And, og boy, am I glad I did? yes. all the way. The text is beautifully written, I know your children and the children of those and so on will be treasuring this...and I know you can come back to this and feel joy and pride in your attitude. I have been battling health issues that changed my life since birth...but first my parent's faith and then my own, though it sometimes weakens but gladly I have people around who bring me back (many are people of this community) I kinda know what you go through...plus my husband was diagnosed with MS when my daughter was one year old....his attitude wasn't yours and things ...well, weren't the best but that doesn't matter here, what I can tell you is that I (as am an old woman and lived quiet a lot) have seen how the attitude is 70% of the success when living with chronic or degenerative illness....and you have the very best. Love this, love that you are sharing with us something that helps us getting close to your heart and be there if you need us. I know my scrappers friends have been one of the key reasons I keep up the strength...so, if at any time you feel you can do with a new friend, I am here wonderful page, thanks so much for sharing with us.
@MrsPeel Thank you. Your words really mean a lot. I never really know if anyone sits and works through the small fonts. LOL. I know I try to on the pages I can read the light and small print. haha.
Hugs to you and your family as well. It is hard, and I almost made my word attitude, but hat was taking me in an entirely different direction and I wanted this page to be about overcoming with the attitude rather than just the attitude as you go through something
Jlynn thank you so much for sharing this with us. Your story is so moving and personal that I felt very privileged to be reading it and being a part of your story in this tiny way. I hope that you found some release in creating this page and that you could get a true sense of how amazing and wonderful you are having such a STRONG and proud attitude to the challenges you are facing. It was inspired to write your journaling as a letter to former yourself .... thank you for sharing, I really mean that.
