- At first I wasn’t going to get my make up and nails professionally done but when the offer came across the “ball committee desk” so to speak and a group of us were interested I thought why not. I had my make up professionally done including a manicure with a group of friends - it was a lovely change for me as I often don’t make this sort of effort. I then went to my grandma’s house to finish getting ready where she curled my hair and helped me make the final jewellery choices.
