- JOURNALING: Originally we had tickets for “Hamilton” on October 8 but we opted to attend the inaugural MLSNextPro Cup match to watch our Crew 2 (Capybaras) win 4-1 over St. Louis. I purchased a second set of Hamilton tickets in the Orchestra for October 22; Karon was soooooo grateful.
Even though we had tickets in advance, we had to queue in line to get in…and then my phone wi-fi wouldn’t open so we had to go to the box office to get tickets printed – Karon was soooooo pleased to have “real” tickets! The minimalist set was amazing and very functional with a section that actually rotated. Even though the play was 3 hours long the time flew by; the show was amazing, and I’m still humming some of the lyrics from various songs.
