My life is so good right now, it feels like I haven't been feeling this good for several years. Maybe not even in my entire life. The last few years, so many pieces has fallen into place, I there is so much I want to do these days. CBT and meditation has changed my whole life, and I'm insanely grateful for everything that has happened. Good and bad.
